Appointments

Please call (203) 629 5800 for an appointment during our regular office hours.

We have a walk-in hour for sick visits on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday at 8:30-9:20 AM.

All other visits are by appointment only.

We offer same-day sick visits. Please call and make appointment times as early in the day as possible to avoid the “after-school rush”. 

We offer emergency sick visits. Please call the office at 8:30 AM and leave a message with the answering service. The on-call physician will promptly return your call to discuss the nature of the illness and will arrange for an emergency visit if necessary.

Please call ahead for check-ups.  It is important to bring your child in for regular physical exams to keep him/her healthy and up to date with immunizations.

We offer evening hours for well and sick visits on Tuesday and Thursday.

Policies:
We value our patients' and their families' time.  Please come on time for your appointment.  If you are more than 15 minutes late, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment so that we can be courteous to our other patients with scheduled appointments at that time. Also please do not assume that you can add another child onto your appointment for one child after your arrival to the office.  This causes tremendous delays in the schedule.  Please make appointments for all children you would like seen.

Cancellations:
If you would like to cancel a well check-up appointment, please give us 24 hours notice so that we can offer that time to another patient.  If you do not give us notice, we will charge a “missed appointment” fee of $100.
